Pilates Pilates

What is Pilates?

Pilates is an exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th Century. Based around the principles of Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. Pilates a holistic workout for the mind and body. With regular practice, the body realigns itself, the core is strengthened, flexibility is improved and risk of injury is reduced. We recommend Pilates to help rehabilitate and prevent musculoskeletal issues, and find it compliments Chiropractic treatment very well.
