(06th June 2020)

New patients will have their initial consultation conducted remotely to reduce the amount of time spent in clinic.

Treatment times have been extended to give us extra time to throughly clean in between each patient.

There will be no reception facility, we ask patients to wait in their cars and you will be collected from the carpark at the time of your appointment.

We will also be conducting temperature checks at every appointment.

You will be asked to pay in advance for your appointment, online bookings now require payment at the time of booking.

We will be wearing PPE as per the government guidelines for healthcare professionals working within a 2 metre setting.

As of the 1st of June we will be starting a reduced service at the clinic. We are only able to offer treatments to those that do not fall into the high risk category or those who have been asked to isolate for 14 days by the track and trace team. If you are unsure of the at risk criteria please click here. We have some new procedures and policies in place which we have undertaken with advice from our governing body and professional associations to ensure our staff and patients remain safe.

Please do not come into the clinic if you have any of the following symptoms.

  • a new continuous cough

  • a high temperature

  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

If you have any of the symptoms above you should self-isolate at home.

We will not be charging a fee for short notice cancellations due to illness.

Thank you for your patience whist we have been putting everything in place.
